Products we built. Stories behind them.
A portfolio alone is just a finished cake without the recipe. Every project here comes with the full story: the problem, how we solved it, what we used, and what happened as a result.
Clients want stories, not just screenshots.
StreetTasker
The Problem
Finding trusted, local service providers for everyday tasks — errands, repairs, delivery — in Nigerian cities was unreliable, often relying on informal word-of-mouth networks with no accountability or price transparency.
UX Thinking
Trust was our central design challenge. Through user interviews with both task requesters and local workers, we identified that ambiguity around pricing, identity and arrival time caused the most anxiety. The entire UX was designed to address these three failure points — with clear flows, upfront pricing, and real-time status updates baked into the core product experience.
Our Solution
A task marketplace connecting Lagos residents with vetted local service providers. Users post a task, receive bids, review provider profiles, and track job completion — all in one clean interface built with mobile-first users in mind.
The Outcome
A live platform bringing structure to the informal gig economy in urban Nigeria, with early traction from both service providers and customers seeking reliability over randomness.

AndreStylez
The Problem
Rising music artist Andre needed more than a social media presence. He needed a digital home that could showcase his music, sell merch directly to fans, and build a loyal community — all without relying on third-party platforms that take a cut.
UX Thinking
We designed around the fan journey — from discovery to purchase. A fan landing on the site for the first time should feel the artist's energy immediately: bold visuals, instant music access, and a merch store that feels exclusive rather than transactional. The UX hierarchy puts music first, merch second, and community third, matching how real fans engage with artists.
Our Solution
A full artist website with integrated music streaming, a merch shop for tees, hoodies, caps and limited drops, an events calendar, and a mailing list. Every element is designed to strengthen the artist-to-fan relationship and drive revenue directly.
The Outcome
Andre now owns his audience. Fans can stream, shop, and stay connected — no algorithm gatekeeping. Merch sales began on day one with zero platform fees eating into revenue.

CV by Kiyomi
The Problem
Job seekers in Nigeria and across Africa were building CVs using outdated Word templates or expensive tools that didn't reflect modern hiring expectations. The result: CVs that look generic and fail to stand out.
UX Thinking
We ran a short usability study with recent graduates and job seekers to map where people got stuck when building CVs — the process itself was the barrier, not the content. We designed the tool around progressive disclosure: only show the next step when the current one is done, reducing overwhelm and improving completion rates. Template previews were built with real-time updates so users feel immediate creative control.
Our Solution
A clean, step-by-step CV builder that guides users through inputting their information, choosing a professional template, and downloading a polished PDF — no design experience needed, no subscription required.
The Outcome
Users consistently report completing their CV in under 10 minutes. The tool has become a go-to resource for graduates and career changers who want a professional result without the friction of traditional builders.

Swappy
The Problem
Selling or swapping used gadgets in Nigeria was filled with friction: opaque pricing, unverified buyers, and no trusted platform to connect gadget owners with legitimate swap agencies.
UX Thinking
Trust is the entire product when money and valuables are involved. We interviewed gadget sellers in Lagos markets and found the core anxiety was not knowing if they were being lowballed. Our UX centred on transparency: instant AI valuations were shown upfront before any agency contact, so users always had a reference point. The agency verification flow was designed to surface credibility signals — ratings, response time, completed swaps — at the exact moment users were deciding whether to proceed.
Our Solution
A gadget marketplace where users describe their device and receive instant, AI-assisted valuations. They then connect with verified swap agencies for a transparent, low-friction transaction.
The Outcome
Launched as a working MVP with a verified agency network. Early users reported significantly more confidence in valuations compared to informal channels.

Portfolia
The Problem
Designers, developers, and creatives needed a professional portfolio but lacked the time or technical skill to build one from scratch. Existing tools were either too complex or too generic.
UX Thinking
We mapped the mental model of creatives approaching portfolio building — the paralysis, the perfectionism, the fear of code. The solution had to feel like a conversation, not a form. We reduced the number of decisions at each step, used progressive disclosure to avoid overwhelm, and made live template previews the emotional centrepiece so users felt progress immediately rather than at the end.
Our Solution
We built a zero-code portfolio generator. Users answer a short questionnaire about themselves, choose a visual template, and download a fully built, self-hosted HTML portfolio in under 5 minutes.
The Outcome
Hundreds of creatives now have professional portfolios they own outright, no subscriptions, no drag-and-drop limitations, no vendor lock-in.

TailorCV
The Problem
Job seekers apply to dozens of roles using one generic CV and wonder why they don't hear back. Modern ATS systems filter CVs before a human ever reads them — if your keywords don't match the job description, you're invisible.
UX Thinking
The core UX insight was that job seekers don't need more CV templates — they need a smarter process. We designed a two-panel interface: paste the job description on the left, watch your CV update in real time on the right. The match score gives instant feedback, turning CV writing from guesswork into a clear, solvable task with visible progress.
Our Solution
An AI-powered CV tailoring tool. Users paste a job description, and the tool rewrites and reorders their existing CV to match the role's keywords, priorities and tone — producing a PDF that passes ATS filters and speaks directly to what the employer is looking for.
The Outcome
Job seekers using TailorCV report higher callback rates and shorter job search timelines. The tool makes every application feel intentional rather than scattered.

Neighbourhood Link
The Problem
Local communities in Lagos lacked a digital hub to connect neighbours, share local services, and coordinate events. Existing platforms were either too broad or not accessible enough for the local market.
UX Thinking
Community tools fail when they're designed for abstract users. We spent time talking to actual residents in Lagos estates to understand how information really travels — WhatsApp groups, estate notice boards, word of mouth. Our UX mirrored that familiar flow, creating digital versions of what already worked, rather than introducing new habits. Accessibility and low-data performance were non-negotiable design constraints from the start.
Our Solution
A hyperlocal web platform where residents can discover local businesses, post announcements, and join community events. Clean, fast, and designed with accessibility as a first principle.
The Outcome
A working MVP connecting a neighbourhood community, with architecture built to scale across multiple estates and districts. Reduced information fragmentation significantly.

AndreStylez
The Problem
A rising fashion and lifestyle brand needed a digital presence that could match the energy and aesthetic of their brand. Existing social media pages alone couldn't capture the full story or convert visitors into loyal customers.
UX Thinking
We started with user research to understand how their target audience discovers and evaluates fashion brands online. The design prioritises visual storytelling — bold imagery, curated layouts and intentional white space — to create a premium, editorial feel that mirrors high-end fashion sites without alienating a broad audience.
Our Solution
A fully custom brand website built to showcase collections, tell the founder's story, and drive purchases. Every interaction — from hover states to page transitions — was designed to reinforce the brand's premium positioning.
The Outcome
The client now has a standalone digital home that converts social followers into customers. The site communicates brand value before a single word is read — a core UX goal from day one.
